Considered by lots of people as the “white gold" of Campania, the authentic organic buffalo mozzarella is a delicate, unforgettable pleasure, appreciated in the whole world!
During the visit to one of the farms in Paestum, we  go through every department, starting in the stables where  animals normally live. Buffalos are huge animals, but friendly with people, they are also very curious and intelligent. We visit, then, the milking department, where all animals go twice a day, and then we finish the tour in the production laboratory, where skilled and able craftsmen turn milk into different products:  mozzarella, ricotta, caciovallo and much more.
At the end of the visit you may taste a little mozzarella and you may buy whatever you wish.
